Boji Water Softener

Softens your water supply, yielding water that tastes fresher, is less corrosive to onboard plumbing and leaves fewer unsightly stains and water spots. Consists of a PVC cylinder containing a special Ion Exchange Resin that attracts hard substances in water (iron, calcium, etc.) and removes them as the water passes through. No moving parts. Installed in-line.

Complete kit includes the Boji Softener, a prefilter housing with activated carbon filter, 36" hose to connect Boji to prefilter, 3/4" hose fittings to plumb into water supply and molded integral feet. Provides a lifetime of use, but must be "regenerated" periodically using water softener salt cubes (available at hardware and home supply stores).

Two sizes: Standard, which softens up to 2,000 gallons, and Hi-Capacity, which softens up to 5,000 gallons prior to regeneration (actual amount of water softened depends upon "hardness" of water).
