Boomkicker supports the boom and eliminates topping lift hassles

Patented, lightweight flexing spring provides a more effective sail shape in light air and a near-constant force for higher vang efficiency. Installs easily inside the vang but independently of it, where it is out of the way. Two coated fiberglass spring rods provide the force necessary to support the boom and mainsail. The rods are clamped into hardcoat anodized aluminum ends and attached to universal mast and boom fittings. Fittings, fasteners, drill and tap are included.

  • Eliminates topping lift
  • Opens leech by lifting boom for better light-air sail shape
  • Reefing is safer with better boom control
  • Subtract 7" from current vang length to correctly size
