Overview of Adhesive-Flexbond 5000 Black.

The assembly adhesive which also seals!

Bonding, Caulking, Bedding , Sealing High Quality, Elastic, one component adhesive and joint filler. Flex-Bond 5000 is the strong one-component adhesive and sealant with good adhesion to metallic surfaces even under the action of water. It is very suitable for adhesive bonding of different materials in building, for interior construction and for exterior decoration. Thanks to the good initial tack, Flex-Bond 5000 permits uncomplicated and fast assembly.

USAGE: Universal adhesive and joint filler suitable for metals, synthetics, wood and building constructions. For metal constructions and sheet-metal work, car bodies, vehicle and ship building, air- conditioning and ventilation systems, general metal work application, corner jointing of aluminum window frames, glazing with wood, metal and synthetic frames, fascia elements, plumbing connections, mirror gluing, industrial assembly.

Pre-testing of “hard to glue” materials is essential!

Not suitable for use with: bituminous surfaces, polyolefins and Teflon.

WORKING SAFETY: Use of protective gloves and safety glasses is recommended. Please follow the instructions on the safety specification sheet.

Base:	MS-Hybrid Polymer	Preparation:	Bonding surfaces must be dry, free from any dust, grease, oil, rust and any other dirt. Remove grease with an appropriate cleaning agent, e.g. BKP Solvent or Ebo clean.
