The seal and acrylic are fitted into the aluminum frame to produce a stronger, more leak-proof hatch. All hatches feature a vent position, flange base and sizes 30 and larger have lockable internal and external handles for added security. CE Area II approved. Low-profile hatches have 8mm acrylic in sizes 00 through 54, and 10mm acrylic in size 60.

Now Lewmar has created a two-piece frame with tough, gray acrylic that can be replaced simply by unscrewing the frame and inserting the new lens. CE-certified aluminum frame has smooth, rounded edges, inset hinges and rounded corners for snag-resistance. All hatches have flange bases. Medium-profile hatches have a deeper frame section and 12mm acrylic in all sizes.
