Position Name: Contact Center Customer Service

This is a full time core Associate in the Shared Services Call Center. Candidates will be assigned to work specific schedules and need to be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends. The position is responsible for receiving inbound Sales and Customer Service calls from West Marine customers. Other duties may include responding to Customers via email, and various off phone work duties.
This position can work in our corporate headquarters or work from home (home office must meet specifications).
