Replace that worn toggle or install a properly sized breaker for a new or upgraded circuit. Each electrical system is unique to the boat and the boat owner. It is inevitable that breakers will have to be changed to meet the demands of the existing or changing electrical loads. Combine circuit protection and switching into a single black toggle that is designed to fit most electrical panels (see dimensions link below). These breakers are capable of handling short start-up current surges to prevent nuisance tripping and cannot be held in the ON position if a fault is detected. Constructed using corrosion resistant plated components and stainless steel springs, these breakers are ready to take on the marine environment.
