Hollow Fids

Traditional-style hollow splicing fids for wire or three-strand rope.

The tapered stainless body of this fine fid gently opens the strands of line or wire, leaving you with a hole through which you can pass the strand. The rounded end allows you to put pressure on tightly laid lines. Sold individually.

• Small: Serves up to 5/8" line diameter; Measures 7" long and up to 3/4" wide.
• Large: Serves 5/8" and over line diameter; Measures 11-1/4" long and up to 1-1/4" wide
