This is one of the best knives I have ever used. Tough as nails, stays sharp and if simply the most powerful knife I have used for big game.

I bought this knife specifically to chop apart a Ahi (tuna) head. I used it to chop 1 head and the edge of the blade looked like a ripped open tin can. I attached a picture of it. The blade is super sharp out of the package just don't hit anything hard with it cause it dents and bends easily!

Comments about Blacktip 10 Titanium Bonded Butcher Knife:

I have borrowed knives from several fishermen in our marina, trying to find one that I felt comfortable using. When I picked this up in the store it felt balanced and light weight in my hand. I can fillet and skin a 30lb salomon in half the time that I used to. It holds its edge thru 5-6 salmon without a problem ansd even then needs very little touch up. I am ready to go out and buy another one,so I have one on the boat and one at shore.
