Two sources of AC power, if connected, create a very dangerous situation. Blue Sea Systems rotary switches provide a safe method of controlling multiple sources of AC power. Ideal for boats with AC generators, inverters or multiple shore power connections with circuit protection already in place.These compact switches prevent two sources of AC current from powering the same circuit simultaneously. Heavy-duty contacts and positive step cam mechanisms offer smooth contact closure. Choose a switch to handle 2 or 3 power sources depending on the application; switches that can accept 3 sources also provide two load circuits out.
