Comments about Cole Hersee Continuous Duty Solenoid:

These are perfect for switching any high loads. The coating helps protect them in harsh marine environments. I use them to replace solenoids on windlasses, battery parallels, aux start solenoids, anything requiring high current. They last much longer than anything else I have found, we'll worth the added cost over non coated solenoids, and there is usually at least one on the shelf in any west marine.

Comments about Cole Hersee Continuous Duty Solenoid:

The starter motor circuit on the Yanmar diesel on my 30ft sailboat had an intermittent failure. Wiring this relay into the circuit solved my problem.
