Stabilizers reduce rolling or pitching of moored or anchored boats by 50%. Pass 3/8" nylon rope (sold separately) through Rocker Stoppers, spacing at equal intervals; connect weights-like small mushroom anchors or salmon weights (sold separately)-to the bottom of each line; and attach the lines amidships on each side of your boat. Made of lightweight, high-impact, virtually indestructible orange styrene. Nests for compact storage. The top of the Rocker Stopper attaches to the boom, whisker pole, outriggers, etc. with 3/8'' nylon rope (not included).

Comments about Rocker Stopper:
Used rocker stoppers for years in Southern California anchorages on 5 offshore islands. For quick set-up used one set (5 cones spread about 2′ apart with 20# of lead (old beer cans filled with scrap lead) at bottom. Suspended off of boom. In exposed or "rolly" anchorages (or in heavy-traffic Avalon Harbor on Catalina Island) used a second set of rocker stoppers secured to a cleat on the opposite side of the sailboat. With the second set of rocker stoppers the only moovement was a gentle up and down motion!
This is a simple, easy to use, easy to stow product!
