I would buy this product again

Comments about Dr. Led Kevin Jr. X2 LED Spreader & Spotlight:

I purchased two and upon install one only worked in on off mode so I returned it for a replacement. when I checked them out at night they were much brighter with no heat from the bulb. They should last much longer with the cooler housing. The other lights only last 1 or 2 years due to high heat and rough seas.

Service and delivery comments:

There were two in stock which I purchased and upon one being defective I returned to the store for a replacement. They were able to reorder a replacement in four days.

Comments about Dr. Led Kevin Jr. X2 LED Spreader & Spotlight:

We installed two of these as spreader lights and they work well. Low draw, good illumination. Clean white light (not very warm color). On our boat, we don't have issues with then catching sails, but you should think about that. We couldn't point them directly down due to the mount, so one side is pointed slightly aft, the other slightly foreword. Both lights still cover 95% of our 36 ft sailboat. Very happy so far almost one year later.
