The Groco SweetTank battles holding tank odors without constantly applying chemicals or having to change filters. By targeting specific bacteria, the SweetTank system aims to create an environment in which odor causing anaerobic bacteria cannot survive. The addition of oxygen through a submerged hose kills off unwanted bacteria to address holding tank odors. A compact pump and air tube can be installed in the holding tank through a 1 1/2" NPT threaded port using an included fitting. If the tank doesn’t have a compatible port, hardware is included to install the system by drilling a 2 1/2" hole in the top of the tank or side. The pump and hose are compatible with holding tanks up to 18" deep. The system is designed to continuously pump air into the holding tank and draws .25A DC.
