Comments about Isotherm Double Drawer 160 Freezer:
I purchased both this and the refer and I have had several issues. The biggest problem is that the top drawer is VERY hard to open, to the point where I wrenched and ruined the latch. Manufacture did send me a new latch quickly and without cost however this does not fix my problem. The drawer is so difficult to open that you need to be very careful when opening not to wrench it. I'm basically the only one I allow to open the freezer.. Not convenient. One other complaint is you cannot adjust the thermostat unless you remove the bottom drawer?!? So if you are at anchor and want to change your cooling from say -15 to 0 you can't do it. At lease not without removing a drawer full of food and warming up the freezer. I wanted to like this (spent a lot on it) but have been very disappointed.
