Great system bought it to replace the existing one that has been in there for 15 years, easy to install works great the only draw back is the noise but have to say it is not as loud as the original.

Comments about Jabsco Electric Flush Pump:

Had this on my previous boat and it worked like a charm. I did put in a 30 amp fuse and it work better than the 245 amp. Loved it. Plan to put it on my new boat. Like previous reviewer, if a problem put the manual in a flash.

Comments about Jabsco Electric Flush Pump:

Have had nothing but problems with this. Everytime we have guests on board it either blows fuses or stops flushing. Overnight guests pee off the back of the boat because they are afraid they will wake everyone else up when they flush this thing (and they would). And after less than two years it is leaking at the bottom gasget... I'm looking for a better solution. On the positive side, it never clogged, and we are high usage.

Comments about Jabsco Electric Flush Pump:

This is a great alternative to a manual flush. The best part is if it does quit working on a trip you can change back to your manual flush unit in about 10 minutes. I installed one on a new 2004 Monterey 25ft Cruiser and used it for two years until I sold the boat. The person I sold the boat to is still using it without any problems. I then install one on my next boat, which was a 290 Sea Ray Sundancer and it worked perfect for 6 years until I sold the boat last month. The only negative I have read in other reviews is that it is loud. The unit is a little loud, however I have had other type manual heads, and I don't think any of them are totally quiet, and if one of those goes out on a trip you have a problem, unless your boat is large enough to have two heads. I am now getting ready to purchase another one for my next boat.

Comments about Jabsco Electric Flush Pump:

Installed real easy. It will need electric wires ran that can handle +25 amps. Works very well, empties the contents fast. The biggest issue is that it is so much noisier than the manual pump flush. They ladies of the boat will love it.
