This toilet never does a complete flush it needs to pump out and add the second water at the same time like a regular toilet. Two flushes negates the low water usage. Trying to find belt on line failed. Now I will have to phone wish me luck.

The only problem so far has been to find the replacement macerator belt not included in the spares kit. Over 2 1/2 years of service.

Comments about Jabsco Lite Flush Electric Toilet, 12v:

We're second year boaters. Went all of last season with a hand pump toilet in our 28 foot cruiser. As a woman, I always hated the feeling that the toilet was never working as i felt it should, it never felt clean to me. "Someone" [me] put a small amount of paper towel in the toilet and it [miraculously] clogged the toilet which resulted in my better half breaking the toilet trying to pump out the clog. After internet research (youtube video of Jabsco Lite), we bought the Jabsco Lite and installed it last weekend. Because of the issues we already had, it was a LOT of work to install, but the end product is WONDERFUL! I LOVE THIS TOILET! It flushes with enough water and gusto to really get the job done! And it looks GREAT! Couldn't be more pleased!

Comments about Jabsco Lite Flush Electric Toilet, 12v:

This thing looks great but the foot switch leaves no control, one touch to fill, one touch to empty, sometimes. When you flush the toilet with the lid open, watch out! When you flush with the lid closed
you end up with a huge mess to clean up inside and out, it splashes everywhere.
                      Good concept, bad execution.

Installed in my 28.5 Sailboat as a replacement for the original manual head. Easy to install. Easy to hook up to onboard fresh water. Design of the base makes it much easier to clean around on the deck. Flush and macerator are not quiet, not quite as loud as an airliner head. Maybe a little pricey, but worth the money.

The macerator in the head is quite enthusiastic. Once you get used to that, it is really great and a tremendous replacement for the Jabsco pump handle head. It does fit perfectly. The bolt holes are the same, etc. The foot switch takes up the space the pump mechanism used to take up, albeit just on the floor.
The only down side to the head is that you will need to run a separate 12 volt line for the head with a separate breaker.
