The Mach series of SUPs are Jimmy Styks' fastest non-racing designs. They're built to provide optimal lake and sheltered waterway paddling experiences for intermediate level riders. A flatter bottom, low rocker and narrow width at center/nose allows for ease of glide and acceleration in calm water. The MK II is an excellent board for larger riders.

Comments about Jimmy Styks 12' Mach MK II Stand-Up Paddleboard Package:

I first started paddelboarding two years ago when I bought my first board (The Jimmy Stykes Orca board). That was a great beginner board, but after awhile I decided to upgrade to a nicer, faster board instead. I go paddleboarding at least twice a week during the summer in Shark River in Belmar, which means that I rarely go out in rough conditions and only twice took MK out on the Ocean instead of the bay. Shark River is typically flat, but always has a couple of boats come and go through the marina. This board is FANTASTIC for flatwater cruising. Why? The MK Mach II board was noticeably faster than my old Orca board, which means its easier to paddle and takes less energy to use. Therefore, I could have more fun and last longer out on the water. The board's material is strong so it can take a beating or two with very little visible damage (might get a little scratch or two, but nothing more than that). But, the Orca board was a little less fragile than this board, but its not that noticeable. The one problem I think with having this board is storing it. I was used to Orca's 11 ft length, and this board's 12 ft length was kind of hard to store. I definitely recommend anyone who plans to use it in little to moderate surf, but would recommend getting a different board if you just plan on using it out on the rough ocean. I hope this review helps!

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was quicker than I was told. I think it only took about three business days.
