Comments about Kisae Technology Co Ltd. Pure Sine Wave Inverter/Charger, 1000W, 40A:
Purchased to run a small (750 watt) microwave. I will not even start the microwave and kicks out with an error code as of overloaded. The auto AC DC switch does not like my genset. I had to switch to manual mode and even switched that way sometimes I still cannot get the power from the genset to pass thru the inverter.
Service and delivery comments:
Spend an hour on the phone with tech support. (FYI- Literature with product had incorrect phone number. Had to search out over internet). Suggestions were to use automotive jumper cables to test wiring (installed #1 for 10 foot run) and for issue with genset - upgrade to 2000 watt inverter.
