Manson's Racer Anchors feature high-tensile anodized aluminum construction specifically designed for racing yachts of all sizes. Their reduced weight makes them easier to handle and store, plus you get the all-important weight savings racers look for with all of their gear. Hard-wearing stability balls are added to the lower balance bar to reduce its width (read easier to stow in lockers or anchor wells), as well as to encourage the anchor to set faster and resist rotation when embedded in the sea floor. In addition, these heat-resistant plastic stability balls help to prevent damage to your yacht from contact with the sharp ends and edges of the anchor. With several different sizes available, the Manson Racer is also considered a great option as a stern anchor.
Consider purchasing a padded anchor bag (sold separately) to not only protect your boat from the stowed anchor, but with its two interior pockets, to separate and protect your anchor from the chain.
