Easy Installation: High-velocity blower rotates to horizontal or vertical position for better connection to duct location, stainless-steel drain pan is easy to plumb, plastic electrical box can be mounted remotely up to 6 ft/1.8 m away, pre-installed return-air filter is removable for cleaning.

Comments about Marine Air 6,000 BTU Air Conditioner, EnviroComfort Reverse-Cycle Retrofit Kit:

I purchased the 16,000 BTU Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning retrofit unit last fall upon my original LunAir unit started to leak and was done for. I've been very happy with this unit and love all of the settings that I can program to get the most efficiency out of my Air Conditioner or Heater. Best of all was the retrofit unit I bought had a similar footprint and fit nicely where my old unit was. A friend of mine bought one in the summer, loves his so I knew this would be a efficient choice! I chose to have the unit professionally installed and my installed said that it was one of the easier replacement units they had ever installed!

Comments about Marine Air 6,000 BTU Air Conditioner, EnviroComfort Reverse-Cycle Retrofit Kit:

i purchased a 16k retro kit a year ago due to a noisy and hard to start marine air unit that was 10 years old. The lights would dim and could take minuets for it to run. I did not want the wires to overheat so I purchased a retro kit. The kit only comes with parts that are needed and not all the stuff you do not need but will pay for in an installation kit air unit. This was the first time attempting a replacement. It took only 1 1/2nd to do the job. I was very happy when I pushed the button and it started.

Now the other unit in my 46 ft Maxum is noisy and hard to start. Just ored a second 16k retro kit from west marine today. With the experience I already have I think this exchange will only take 1hr.

Do not wait till it is 95 degrees out or some thing burns up before making the change. Try it it is not hard to do.

            Good luck
