Comments about Mustang Survival Inflatable PFD Rearming Kit, Automatic, 33g., Bayonet:

Weak plastic ring on bayonet mount breaks off easily meaning that the Red/Green indicator shows red even when the cartridge is installed correctly. Vest still inflates when manually tested. This ring has broken on 3 out of 4 times so far for us. I'm sure the 4th time is imminent. Has also happened to other people I know how have this model.
