Product Description

Today’s high-tech, multipurpose fishfinders are designed to produce a range of readings from bottom contour, fish location, and thermoclines, to a variety of other useful sonar data. However, the technology used to decipher between these different signals coupled with the configuration of their specialized transducers greatly reduces their ability to give instant bottom readings.

The D10D Digital Depth Sounder is engineered to give precise depth readings from 2.5' to 200', at speeds up to 63mph. Say goodbye to the days of not knowing the depth while running your boat on plane. Includes interchangeable black and white bezels and face plates. The D10DX incorporates dual temperature displays. A simple press of a button gives instant access to water or air temperature readings via integrated sensors in both the transducer and head unit. This model includes a thru-hull transducer.

Comments about Norcross Marine D10D In-Dash Digital Depth Sounder, Thru-Hull Transducer:

Norcross depth sounder is the second one I have used on wood boats. Both have performed as advertised. Simple to install. Good technical help from Norcross. The plastic through hull transducer that comes with the sounder CANNOT be used on a wood hull. Norcross has a transducer exchange program where you can buy a bronze through hull.

Comments about Norcross Marine D10D In-Dash Digital Depth Sounder, Thru-Hull Transducer:

I dont like the Idea of having to drill a large hole in the bottom of your hull to mount this unit. I am returning it to get the thru hull transducer without the water temperature feature.
