Comments about Princeton Tec Apex Headlamp:

These Lights are extremely bright, I use them at
the airport as an aircraft mechanic. the apex is
ballanced with the lamp in front and batteries in back. they are not bulky and are very omfortable.
The headlamp is waterprof, They are great for the rain and damp conditions. Only problem is the plactic bracket on the fwd lamp bracket breaks with constant use. Unfortunately you cant replace or fix the swing bracket, you have to replace the whole lamp. I would recommend the warrenty. but they are so valueable I trade them in when they break.
I would give this light 4.9 stars due to bracket breaking. I do not care about the flashing circuit. but it is a great saftey and signaling feature in an emergency.
I would hate to work with out this light.
I am looking at buying the rechargable pro tec.
