Comments about Delta Fast Set Anchors:
GREAT ANCHOR, finally got to test this anchor out in a spoil area where my traditional type anchor would not set. It used to take 4 or 5 attempts to finally get my traditional type anchor to set. Dropped the Delta for the first time here and it set immediately. Held strong, yet was easy to release when leaving, even when pulling up by hand.

Comments about Lewmar Delta Fast Set Anchors:
I bought this to replace my fluke anchor because it didn't fit well in my pulpit. The delta fits much better, and comes up straight everytime! So far it has held solid in the muddy/grassy bottom.

Comments about Delta Fast Set Anchors:
Superior performance, when compared to fluke anchors, in a wide array of bottom types. Sets quickly, holds tenaciously and is easy to pull by hand due to the leverage granted by the design; it just "pops" right out of there when you pull it straight up. Also, it comes up pretty clean; a lot less mud, sand and weeds end up on deck. All this works out to a good nights sleep, an easier morning and a general improvement to my, already birght and sunny, disposition.
Don't be embarrassed to own one of these.
(I give it 4 stars, instead of 5, only because it does exhibit some weakness in grass beds)

Comments about Lewmar Delta Fast Set Anchors:
It works very well in Lake Belton, TX. Rocky/sand/mud bottom and ALOT of standing dead trees as the lake was dammed in the last 100 years. Haven't gotten it stuck. (yet) Older fluke anchor was a constant pain, this grabs the bottom and doesn't get bothered by the trees.

Comments about Lewmar Delta Fast Set Anchors:
Works good everywhere I tried it.
Hardpack sand. Check.
Soft sand. Check.
Mud. Check
Coral. Check
Grass. Check
Etc. Check.
Resets, and less rode foulage if on only one anchor.
Rusts quicker then cqr but cheaper and imo holds way better. Never liked plows till
I tried a delta. Probably wont work in cobblestone or loose shingle but then what will?
