I was looking for way to use the raw water washdown without the hassle of digging through a jump seat, or access panel, etc. to get to the hose every time I wanted to use it. I ran piping from the transom mounted intake, under the floor, to the center console. I located the wash down pump in the console. From under the console, I ran water pipe (about 4') to the side of the console. Drilled a hole in the fiberglass, attached the Jabsco flush-mount fitting with 3 screws, attached the hose from the wash down to the rear of the fitting,and installed hose clamps.

When I go out fishing, or just boating with the family, I get the hose from storage and plug it in to the flush-mounted fitting, turn on the pump, and I have raw water available to wash-off blood and scales from the deck, or wash mud off the anchor or kids. When I am done for the day, I turn the pump off, drain the hose and the pump, disconnect the hose and stow.
