Comments about Ronstan 3/4 Finger Sailing Gloves:
West Marine's glove/hand sizing chart is way off-base. They have me as borderline between M and L (based on measurements), but I fit quite comfortably in an XL. This has been true for both this Ronstan glove and the Haarken gloves I've ordered previously.
This is the first time I've tried a Ronstan glove, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good grip. Construction seems solid, but I've only used these for a month, so the jury is still out. I sail primarily in club races in Boston Harbor -- short courses, lots of crew work and I usually wear through a pair of gloves in a year.

Comments about Ronstan 3/4 Finger Sailing Gloves:
These gloves were purchased for my father who is an avid sailor. He was more than satisfied with this glove and impressed with how it's "sticky" palms really did create a firm grip with less effort.

Comments about Ronstan 3/4 Finger Sailing Gloves:
Had to order second pair in L size. Medium too small but OK for other brand gloves. Use these gloves when racing, cruising, day sailing. They do hold up well.

Comments about Ronstan 3/4 Finger Sailing Gloves:
I have been sailing small keel boats as of late and taking ASA courses. I tried on some local retailer gloves but the Ronstan is far superior. Great glove and shows no sign of wear after alot of use.

Comments about Ronstan 3/4 Finger Sailing Gloves:
I had an earlier version of these and they were great with my Hobie. Much more flexible and lightweight than the old leather gloves I wore for years. The double-velcro is a good idea---provides a safety net but still easy to remove.
