This report is an update on my first review...which mentioned not using the suction cups, etc. It was written before I tried to install it or use it. It has a design flaw....namely....all those "teeth" (back and front) which are supposed to hold the bag in place. They do not work very well....basically, they stretch the plastic, rarely penetrate it...if it penetrates, it either doesn't tend to hold, or the plastic tears. The teeth on the front of the unit can be a source of scratches and/or cuts....which did happen. Cannot use it in that form...so made an adaptation. I cut off all the teeth and sanded the rough surfaces. I drilled four small holes in the back part and four in the front....obtained small brass tea cup holder hooks....and put them in the drill holes....with the back ones facing upward....the front ones facing downward. Because there was a small part of screw sticking out on front ones...cut them off...to avoid cuts and scratches and covered the cut off spots with small, round, self stick velcro pieces. This process was not needed on the back...screw ends were out of the way. The "fix" worked like a charm and now makes the unit more functional.

I didn't use the suction cups....not enough flat surface, so used screws. I use the product on the boat....can use store grocery bags on it to take care of garbage and debris....remove and replace with new one. It is very sturdy, well made and the design is good to keep the bag in place.

I used the free ship to store feature, which was good...It came to the store within the week and I was notified promptly of its arrival. It arrived in perfectly good condition...and was simple to go to the store...tell them my name and it was retrieved from the package storage area....
