Rail Tubing
Bright 304 polished stainless steel or bright anodized aluminum. Used for a multitude of applications including grab rails, bow rails, and canvas top frames. Match materials between components to minimize corrosion.
- Stainless has .049" wall thickness
- Aluminum has .058" wall thickness
- Use 7/8" tubing for smaller powerboats
- Use 1" tubing for sailboats and larger powerboats
- Available in 6', 12' and 20' lengths
Note: Aluminum is recommended for fresh water use only.

I backed my boat under an overhang and bent/broke my main bow of my bimini top. Did not need a whole new top just the bows. Found the aluminum tubes at West Marine. Kind of expensive for the tube but cheaper then a new top.
