Infustion Resin
The MAS “Infusion” Systems are formulated for high performance composite construction. Filament winding, wet pregnation, RTM and pultrusion manufacturing processes will all benefit from the easy handling, high strength and exceptional toughness of the InfuCure Systems.
Ambient System:
MIX RATIO
100 parts INFURES Resin
30 parts INFUCURE Hardener (utilizing MAS Fast as an accelerator)
Note: This hardener is a 2 component system (making a 3 component system).
Small parts requiring under .75 gallons of mix should pre-accelerate the Infusion Hardener up to 50% with MAS Fast. This hardener mix is then used at the specified 100 parts resin to 30 parts hardener (mix).
The larger the part and as the infusion times increase will require a decrease in accelerator down to a minimal mix of only 10% MAS Fast/Infusion Hardener blend.
| MIXED VISCOSITY | 150-200cps |
| GEL TIME (Ambient temp.) | 150g mix 220 minutes unaccelerated |
