Comments about Unisex ZKG Sneakers:
I needed a water-sock-type shoe for launch-ramps, etc. and had forgotten my normal ones. I stuck my head in at West in San Diego and found these! So cool! I walked right in the water to launch the boat, then a quick stomp and shake and they were dry enough to park the car, then I sailed all day and didn't notice any clammy feeling, and even went into the bar at the club and didn't even think about it! Perfect.
I don't know how long they'd stand up to heavy use on reefs or rocks (or a lot of pavement walking), as the soft, grippy sole seems like it might wear. I'll probably stick to the boot-like ones for colder water.
But that's not what these are for, to me: they're stylish and versatile sailing shoes and I'm really glad I got them.
