The unit is a good catch-all for things that you need in a hurry: pliers, rods, knife, forceps. Easy installation although I substituted s/s bolts instead of screws for more secure fastening.

Installed this behind the rear seat of my 14' flat
boat and it works great. Holds rods securely and out of the way while riding and provides easy access for switching rods while fishing. I also stand my landing net up in the third space for easy access when redfishing in the marshes.
