FUELSEP Fuel Line Jumpers & 90 Fitting Kits
Installing a FUELSEP® is a snap with these easy to use diesel fuel “jumper” lines. Each assembly is designed to be used as a short connection to allow flexible mounting of the FUELSEP near the vessel's fuel/water separator. Your engine's fuel line can then be connected directly to the FUELSEP outlet. Each CG-approved fuel hose is 20" and comes complete with JIC-style ends. 90° fittings kits (sold separately, below) are required for complete installation. FUELSEP installation guidelines recommend vertical positioning of the unit to ensure optimized fuel conditioning.
These 90-degree fitting kits include two fittings, one inlet and one outlet, which fit directly into the FUELSEP unit. The other end is a JIC style connection to match to your required fuel line size inside diameter:
- –6 = 5/16"
- –8 = 1/2"
- –10 = 5/8"
- –12 = 3/4"
