Installed in a Carver Mariner 35.
The pump provides good water pressure, but the pressure switch don't shut it off when you close the faucet. Looks like I'll have to pull it out and send it back.

The OEM pumps are no longer available for the water system on my Sea Ray 420. This is the replacement. It is used in tandem with a 1990 vintage pump the runs just fine. This pump is the second one that failed in a one year period. This is a Great Lakes boat, so we are not talking about very much usage and we are in a freshwater environment. The pressure switch failed in both cases and the pump does not shut off. Then it overheats and fails. The redesigned pump is not as robust as the former models and I am not very happy with the new design.

These pumps work great, for a few months, then the diaphragm starts leaking water into the motor, and from there your days are numbered.
BUY THE INSURANCE IF YOU BUY ONE OF THESE PUMPS!!!!

I bought this pump as a replace a smaller one that no longer operated. My local store had the model in stock and met a slightly lower competitors price. To completely replace and wire it no longer than 15 minutes. Easy connections and mounting.
