AGM Batteries
Mastervolt batteries utilize AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) separators and VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead Acid) technology to provide maintenance-free, completely sealed battery power. Great for starting, service and deep-cycle applications, without leaks, spills and the hazards of gassing with unsealed batteries. Special one-way valves prevent pressure buildup if they're overcharged. Can be installed in any orientation, and more compact than traditional batteries, Mastervolt AGM Batteries are built to withstand shock and vibration encountered in the marine environment. Excellent high-current-discharge behavior, accepts higher charging currents, and multiple batteries are easily linkable.
