I put (3) of the blue lamps in my 17ft Sundance bay boat and they made late night shrimping easy. We didn't have to use clumsy spot lights and ruin eachothers night vision while walking around the boat one handed. They look great and add big fishing boat appeal to a simple center console.

I mounted this in a steel oudoor step. Making a rectangular hole required much filing. If the mounting hole had been 1/8" further out, it would have required only the oval holes.
