Comments about Eemax Electric Instantaneous Water Heaters:

This is the worst case of faulse advertisement I have ever seen. This does NOT produce hot water. The water is luke warm at best. I don't even know how a company could sell a product like this and call it a "hot water heater. What a JOKE!!!! They should call it a warm water heater.

I installed one of these units and the water flow was so minimal at 25 amps of current with semi warm water. IT just does not work!
