Our new Trysail gear delivers the rugged durability and waterproof protection you need offshore, with the lightweight comfort and breathability normally associated with lighter-duty coastal gear. This blend of high-performance and remarkable comfort is made possible by an advanced three-layer microporous fabric coated with a Durable Water Repellent finish. Because it needs no separate lining, it’s easier to move in than traditional offshore gear.
Details are carefully considered and include: The OPTIVISION Hood System that won’t obscure your view when you turn your head, a Polartec® 200 collar lining, 500 denier Cordura® reinforcement at abrasion points, fast-draining handwarmer and cargo pockets with a Rentex mesh lining and a pocket for personal items or your Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) on the left shoulder. Excellent neck and hood protection, without compromising view. Cuffs are very sturdy. Rugged, light-weight construction and well designed. Very comfortable. Long torso, covers pelvis and backside nicely. There's only one small interior pocket, and would like a larger inside pocket (for my iPod/phone).
