I'm a sailing coach so it was really helpfull to have the 3 min timer. I would where the watch everywhere. Only one problem Last week I dropped it, and it was bellow 40 and it broke. It Was a great watch during the summer. I am planning on buying another one, cause I love that watch so much. Plus it a lot cheaper here that a lot of other places. Strongly recemed for sail and other aquatic activities. Also being a swimming coach it helped a lot there too.
