VHF 200 & 200i Fixed Mount Radios
A step up from the VHF 100 models above, the 25 watt 200 and 200i radios offer DSC capability via NMEA 2000 connectivity as well as NMEA 0183. Both come standard with a removable speaker microphone and a built-in 20-watt public address (hailer) system that can be connected to a hailer horn or external speaker on the deck or tower. They also support one wired GHS 10 hand-set microphone that allows full radio control from a remote location. The international 200i model offers ATIS support and private channel customization.

I use this to keep in contact with family and friends to let them know I am ok and will stay out on the water longer. Also it great if I need Coast Guard help. If they can not hear me with this radio, they can't hear me with any other. Reception is Greeeaaat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
