I bought these pants for inshore racing. I was in a rush when I tried them on, so I didn't have much time to examine in store.
They are waterproof and comfortable with the suspenders. However, the zipper doesn't always stay up with the physical movement required for racing. Fortunately, there's an internal gusset behind the zipper or else it would be useless. Also, I was disappointed to find out there are no pockets on the pants, anywhere. Lastly, I find the legs to be too long. I'm 5'7" with fairly long legs. These drag on the ground and the velcro cinching at the ankle is bulky. I don't think the zipper is needed here.
