I installed the 180amp 3 bank ProIsoCharge on my 2007 Jeanneau SO 39i when the factory installed diode-based cheapie isolator failed (you'll know because the batteries won't charge from the alternator). Battery isolators failing is a VERY common problem (exact same failure on a friend's boat - ruined our trip).
The ProIsoCharge unit is a quality, heavily built "isolator" that looks like it will be reliable for many years, not a chiepe diode-based unit or old fashion solenoid system (both of which give problems).
My ProIsoCharge has been in service for one season with lots of use -- zero problems. Works great with the Balmar alternator and ARS-5 smart regulator I also installed. Suggest you purchase one that is rated significantly larger than your alternator for durability reasons. As far as I know, this is the only real quality isolator on the market.
Add a Balmar alternator with the ARS-5 regulator and some Lifeline AGM batteries and you will be very, very happy with your electrical system. I am. (We keep the boat on a mooring and only see a dock long enough to get diesel and water, so this stuff is critical for us).
