      Comments about Ritchie Navigation Venture Sr-2 Bulkhead Compass:

      Maybe just a once in a million occurance but with direct sunlight, the heating would make the clinometer indicator stick. It seems to me that the indicator ball expands with the heat and the clearance between the ball and the glass tube was too tight. I will send the clinometer back to Ritchie when I get time. In the mean time, I fed exed a competitor's clinometer from West Marine and installed it.
