Comments about Self Level Pole Mount Kit, 10':

Good deal on sale as separately they go for double and the Canadian dollar was taken at par. And free delivery to boot.
I installed this on a 30 foot sailboat, the base universal joint is top notch, anodize billet machined aluminum, includes a quality Blue Seas through fitting. The whole unit looks and is substantial and solid. The stainless fitting are attractive. The radar dome, Raymarine rd218, fit easily on the base. Instructions were OK. The only issue I had was there are too may easily dropped fiddly washers and fasteners for the collars that attach to the pole to the rails. It would have been nice to have a shorter non adjustable coupler from the pole to the rail as the ones included are at least 8 inches. I did have to machine an attachment point out of starboard to couple the pole to the rail. Once all was sorted it was rock solid. The self lever works as advertised but I could have used a fitting for VHF or GPS antennas. Still I'm very happy with it.
