14' Bark Dominator AST Stand-Up Paddleboard

Designed by Joe Bark to be the ultimate distance and racing board, Surftech's Bark Dominator AST SUP will raise the pulse of any thrill-seeking paddler. With AST construction providing increased durability, this SUP will perform and easily withstand the rigors of daily use for years of enjoyment. Light and responsive, its pointed nose blends effortlessly into a planing hull and catches the slightest forward motion for hours of long distance training or a quick downwind speed run during your lunch break.

Hull

The Bark Dominator features AST construction, a process that starts with a water-resistant, fused-cell core inside pressure heat-molded fiberglass. Wood reinforcement is added in the standing area with the end result being a board that is light, strong and durable.

Deck

Cloaked in bright green, gray and white, the Bark Dominator AST deck features a fully integrated handle and nonslip deck pad.

Vent Plugs

The Gore-Tex breathable vent plugs allow air to pass between the core and the exterior of the board, releasing pressure that builds up with extreme temperature changes, while preventing water from entering. This reduces the pressure on the seals and extends the life of the board.

Volume

When deciding on an SUP, you'll want to choose a board with adequate volume. This can be the difference between gliding smoothly across the surface or spending your time fighting that very real sinking feeling! With a volume of 285 liters, the Bark Dominator AST will remain stable and responsive in sheltered bays or the open ocean.

Shape

The racing shape, narrow beam and 14' length of this board provides the lighter weight (only 28 1/2 pounds) you need for fast ocean touring whether you're in it to win it or just interested in an afternoon cruise.
