Comments about Taylor Made Charlevoix Flag Clip Fits 3/4 Inch Pole:

I bought the clips that are suppose to fit railings between 7/8" and 1". I measured the rails for my Bimini top on my Boston Whaler that I was going to install them onto and it measured 7/8". When I went to install them they were too loose even when tightened to their smallest circumference. I had to take some 3M double back tape and wrapped it twice around the rails and then was able to close the clips about half way. At their smallest circumference they measured about .95" whereas 7/8" equals .875". The smaller size clip might have worked for my application but it would be hard to determine without buying one to try.

Comments about Taylor Made Charlevoix Flag Clip Fits 3/4 Inch Pole:

Got two sets of the Charlevoix clips, one for a 12x18 burgee, and one for a 16x24 flag. The premise of the clips is simple, and they were no problem to install. There are teeth that grip against each other to adjust for the pole diameter. I did use light pressure from a pair of pliers to tighten the fit onto the pole, so the clip could be installed as tightly as possible. However, over the course of an hour on the water, the clips slipped both down from the top, and up from the bottom, making the flags compacted on the pole. Maybe a rubber sleeve could be included to help the clip maintain grip on the pole? I will try to make my own sleeve, and see if that helps.

Comments about Taylor Made Charlevoix Flag Clip Fits 3/4 Inch Pole:

These are the BEST Charlevoix Flag Clips that I have ever owned and I have owned thousands through the years. They are truly a beauty to behold! I have found that these work best on flags but can really help to cut down on the drying time of a wet dog, especially if you are at full throttle. Never lost a puppy yet!
