15 year service life

By Leif

from Annapolis

Comments about Composite LPG Cylinder, 17lb. Fiberglass LPG Tank:

These cylinders have a 15 year service life, not 5 as noted by another reviewer. You just need to get them requalified every 5 years. This is a simple visual procedure done by a DOT approved requalification facility.

Comments about Composite LPG Cylinder, 17lb. Fiberglass LPG Tank:

I have a small fishing boat. Because of the alcohol content of fuel, I was haveing a difficult time keeping my small two stroke engine running. I replaced it with a Lehr propane outboard. The composite tank is great for the harsh saltwater environment.
