Comments about Weems & Plath Bi-Rola Rule Rolling Plotter:

This tool has the potential to be useful for plotting courses. Its dimensions are 14" by 3", so it is not small. (The size should have been included in the description.) Its best uses are on a decent sized chart table. The forward and lateral rolling mechanism might take a few tries to become accustomed to using. There are less complicated and smaller tools that have some of the same capabilities. It might not be for everyone though.

Comments about Weems & Plath Bi-Rola Rule Rolling Plotter:

I was looking for a faster/easier method for plotting than using the ol' parallel rules. This was NOT the answer. No matter how I held the device (at first, I followed the directions exactly), while rolling it along the chart, it did not always roll true. I ran test after test and compared the results to my parallel rules. This device failed time after time and without any warning, as you won't even notice as you are rolling it that it is going off.
