Product Description

This universal-fit cover is designed to fit a Aluminum Bass Boat which is from 14'0" to 16'0" with a beam of 75". It features a 2-year limited warranty.

This cover is gray (GY) and constructed using Taylor Made's WeatherPro Plus brand fabric. This fabric is a 3.2 oz. marine-grade, pigment-coated polyester with good breathability. It has very good water-, mildew- and UV-resistance. It has very good strength and would function well in hot or humid climates. The quality of this fabric is on par with Taylor Made's Boat Guard brand semi-custom covers.

Taylor boat covers come in three levels of customization: Universal, Semi-Custom and Custom. This universal-fit cover is designed to be fully trailerable. We have taken our popular WeatherPro boat covers and upgraded them with more durable and longer-lasting fabric. With four-ply folded seams and double-folded hems there is no tearing at the edges and a shock cord in the hem creates a snug fit. Each cover comes with a convenient storage bag and tiedowns. Please note that these covers generally aren't made to fit aftermarket swim platforms. Also, please note that this cover doesn't specify if it comes with a motor hood or not.

Comments about WeatherPro Plus Trailerable Boat Covers:

I wish I had read some of the reviews before I purchased this and installed it. Last year I purchased a cover from [@] and I wish they had my size in stock. It is ridiculous to require the installer to thread every connector. The cut of the material looks like someone with no boating experience engineered it. What a let down!

Comments about WeatherPro Plus Trailerable Boat Covers:

After 1/2 season, it ripped where it was resting on a smooth handrail. No sharp edges to cut it. Now it tears like an old tee shirt. The other brand that West sells is excellent. It lasted six years. I replaced it because it started looking shabby. And, shop around.

Comments about WeatherPro Plus Trailerable Boat Covers:

I used this cover strictly for winter storage of my 21 bow rider - typically from late Oct to early May. The first winter 2009-10 perfomance was very satisfactory. In March of this past winter small tears began showing up in the fabric. By the end of April these tears became large rips - the fabric was completely failing in multiple locations. This failure occurred after approximately 12 months of use. Because I had purchased this cover at a winter sale in Feb 2009 it was no longer in warrantee when it failed.

Comments about WeatherPro Plus Trailerable Boat Covers:

This cover has very poor ultraviolet protection. It has no fabric tensile strength after 8 months since3 last July. My boston whaler mischief is stored in the driveway in southern california and saw direct sunlight for half a summer and then started ripping everywhere. I am planning on reviewing the warranty if I can find the reciept. I would like my money back.
