Without a doubt, these yurbuds Inspire Bluetooth earphones deliver what they say they do. Great sound, wireless convenience, good battery life, comfort, and quality. I've had these for about a month, including running a marathon with them, and here's what I think. First, most negative comments I've read are about either sound quality or comfort/fit. As far as sound quality, they are really good and still allow you to hear ambient noise (important for street runners). Are they audiophile quality? - No, but for sure they produce pretty darn good sound (especially with the right EQ setting on your device). I would even say better than the wired yurbuds I've had for over a year. One thing to note is that they may have a skip or two in sound semi-frequently if you wear your phone on a waist belt (I've tried both front and back). It isn't enough to be a huge deal, but I do find it somewhat distracting. Oddly enough, at home I can walk away 20-30 feet and not get that so I don't know why it happens when running. This has NEVER happened to me with the phone on an armband, so that's what I switched to. No biggie to me, but you may think differently. As for comfort/fit, if you've had wired yurbuds before these are pretty much exactly the same. Just find the size enhancers (the plastic earforms) for you and you should be good to go. The one thing I was worried about before I bought these was weight, but that has not been an issue. Yes they are a bit heavier than wired versions, but with the right size enhancers I have found them to basically disappear from notice after a few minutes. I have found personally that I like to wear the cord in front of my neck because I don't feel it at all that way. Also, make sure that the enhancers are rotated on the buds so that when in place in your ears, the phones are hanging straight down because I found that if they are slightly rotated they may tend to rotate the buds just enough to have them slip out after you're really sweaty. With the right position, this just doesn't happen. The battery life seems pretty good. In my experience so far I get about 6-7 hours on a full charge. Another point that has turned me off of other wireless phones I've looked at is the ease of use and location of the controls. There is a nice BIG button on these that controls pause, skip forward/back, and phone. Very easy to feel and operate, even with gloves. Volume up/down and on/off buttons are pretty well positioned but a little small. Still very usable, just not at all with gloves. Fortunately, I don't mess with them often while running so no big deal. In sum, if you have and like wired yurbuds, you'll like these. If you haven't tried yurbuds, it may be a leap of faith regarding the comfort/fit, but I bet if you have a little patience to find the right enhancers, you'll end up really liking these. I highly recommend these for runners who want wireless convenience, good sound, and great fit and comfort.

I'm a college student and I bought these because they were one of the only brands sold at my campus' bookstore when my other headphones broke. While the sound and durability of these headphones is of decent to good quality, the design of them is horrible. They're "adjustable" with 3 pieces (the part that goes around your ear, the earphone/speaker, and the cushion that goes on the earphone) which means that they come apart so you can make them fit your ear better. Unfortunately, they also come apart when you don't want them to..quite often. There have been MANY times when I'm using the earphones that the speaker falls out of the earpiece and I have to catch the earpiece before it falls to the ground. There have also been NUMEROUS times in which the cushions on the earphone have fallen off while I'm getting the earphones out and unraveling the knot in them (you know the knot that all earphones magically get the second you put em in a pocket or backpack lol) to put em in my ear. I can not tell you how many times on campus I've had to retrace my steps for atleast a few minutes just to try and find the cushion to one or both of the headphones because it had fallen off somewhere. It has happened so many times that I got fed up and HAD to write a review on these headphones just so others can heed my warning. One time, I was walking from class to work, which is about 12 minutes, and I was unraveling the knot in the headphones only to get halfway to work and realize that the cushion had fallen off somewhere, so I had to retrace my steps all the way back to my class, which is where it fell off. Wasted at least 15 minutes...and I couldn't leave it because the earphones are very uncomfortable and not loud without the cushion. So, all in all, the sound on these is cool, but if you buy 'em, be prepared to retrace your steps a LOT!

They work okay once you figure out how to get them in your ears. Sound quality is also okay. Overall just an okay product.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

I have had these about a month and they are not comfortable, and the sound quality is very poor. Also, one of the ear loops has already been lost, it somehow came off. I will go back to my earbuds that came with my phone.

My favorite earbuds!

By nelle013

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

I have really small ears so most earbuds make my ears hurt, but not these! I can wear them for hours and hours and it's fine (small covers). They do fall out sometimes (particularly my left ear for some reason) but it's usually because I don't have it adjusted properly and I accidently pull on the cord while biking. If you yank your phone or drop it they'll come out and that does hurt. I love these earbuds though, especially because I can wash the earbud covers to prevent ear infections from wearing earbuds too often (I get ear infections easy). Being able to hear the traffic around me is so important, so thanks for that feature! Also - Yay pretty colors. I really enjoyed my pink buds, but now have blue (while the earbuds are waterproof the microphone is not).

Decent sound quality, comfortable to wear, but one ear hook constantly fell off, and is now lost, so I can't really use them anymore. Why don't they sell replacement ear hooks?

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

I got these headphones back in january for working out and didn't use them every day until about a month or two ago. now all of a sudden, the left earphone doesn't work anymore and i love yurbuds as that was my second pair and now have the leap wireless to make my workouts more comfortable and not have to worry about the wire. Huge fan of the earphones just disappointed that they broke. I would recommend to anyone that gets annoyed with earphones that constantly fall out just need to fix the shortage problem

I get that earphones go out eventually. But mine went out within one month of purchase. I only use them on my daily bike ride to work. No misuse of any kind.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

bought a pair two days ago, & they sounded great, magnets were awesome. But the mic witch was my main reason for buying new headphones is not useable on android products or anything not an ipod product. Makes no sense to cut out so many possible customers to me. If you dont have an apple product, don't bother with these.

Ear buds do not stay attached to ear lock

By dougal42

from Undisclosed

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

Bought yesterday and as I have been searching for ear buds for small years was happy a manufacturer makes them. However, although the ear buds fit into my ear canal easily they would not stay attached to ear lock around the ear. Watched the video but did not help as they kept coming apart from ear lock.
