Without a doubt, these yurbuds Inspire Bluetooth earphones deliver what they say they do. Great sound, wireless convenience, good battery life, comfort, and quality. I've had these for about a month, including running a marathon with them, and here's what I think. First, most negative comments I've read are about either sound quality or comfort/fit. As far as sound quality, they are really good and still allow you to hear ambient noise (important for street runners). Are they audiophile quality? - No, but for sure they produce pretty darn good sound (especially with the right EQ setting on your device). I would even say better than the wired yurbuds I've had for over a year. One thing to note is that they may have a skip or two in sound semi-frequently if you wear your phone on a waist belt (I've tried both front and back). It isn't enough to be a huge deal, but I do find it somewhat distracting. Oddly enough, at home I can walk away 20-30 feet and not get that so I don't know why it happens when running. This has NEVER happened to me with the phone on an armband, so that's what I switched to. No biggie to me, but you may think differently. As for comfort/fit, if you've had wired yurbuds before these are pretty much exactly the same. Just find the size enhancers (the plastic earforms) for you and you should be good to go. The one thing I was worried about before I bought these was weight, but that has not been an issue. Yes they are a bit heavier than wired versions, but with the right size enhancers I have found them to basically disappear from notice after a few minutes. I have found personally that I like to wear the cord in front of my neck because I don't feel it at all that way. Also, make sure that the enhancers are rotated on the buds so that when in place in your ears, the phones are hanging straight down because I found that if they are slightly rotated they may tend to rotate the buds just enough to have them slip out after you're really sweaty. With the right position, this just doesn't happen. The battery life seems pretty good. In my experience so far I get about 6-7 hours on a full charge. Another point that has turned me off of other wireless phones I've looked at is the ease of use and location of the controls. There is a nice BIG button on these that controls pause, skip forward/back, and phone. Very easy to feel and operate, even with gloves. Volume up/down and on/off buttons are pretty well positioned but a little small. Still very usable, just not at all with gloves. Fortunately, I don't mess with them often while running so no big deal. In sum, if you have and like wired yurbuds, you'll like these. If you haven't tried yurbuds, it may be a leap of faith regarding the comfort/fit, but I bet if you have a little patience to find the right enhancers, you'll end up really liking these. I highly recommend these for runners who want wireless convenience, good sound, and great fit and comfort.

I'm a college student and I bought these because they were one of the only brands sold at my campus' bookstore when my other headphones broke. While the sound and durability of these headphones is of decent to good quality, the design of them is horrible. They're "adjustable" with 3 pieces (the part that goes around your ear, the earphone/speaker, and the cushion that goes on the earphone) which means that they come apart so you can make them fit your ear better. Unfortunately, they also come apart when you don't want them to..quite often. There have been MANY times when I'm using the earphones that the speaker falls out of the earpiece and I have to catch the earpiece before it falls to the ground. There have also been NUMEROUS times in which the cushions on the earphone have fallen off while I'm getting the earphones out and unraveling the knot in them (you know the knot that all earphones magically get the second you put em in a pocket or backpack lol) to put em in my ear. I can not tell you how many times on campus I've had to retrace my steps for atleast a few minutes just to try and find the cushion to one or both of the headphones because it had fallen off somewhere. It has happened so many times that I got fed up and HAD to write a review on these headphones just so others can heed my warning. One time, I was walking from class to work, which is about 12 minutes, and I was unraveling the knot in the headphones only to get halfway to work and realize that the cushion had fallen off somewhere, so I had to retrace my steps all the way back to my class, which is where it fell off. Wasted at least 15 minutes...and I couldn't leave it because the earphones are very uncomfortable and not loud without the cushion. So, all in all, the sound on these is cool, but if you buy 'em, be prepared to retrace your steps a LOT!

WOW!

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

Incredible sound - from now on, forget the poor quality of sound associated with tablets because it's a thing of the past with yurbuds. I didn't expect this feature and figured it would merely amplify. I did have trouble understanding how to insert the earbuds at first but once I did, I found the twist and lock system brilliant. I've never been able to wear earphones until now, due to their too-large fit. One thing I notice is that relying on the over the ear piece for positioning nearly defeats the purpose of an in-ear system and wants to actually tug the earbuds out. But they do provide extra security when worn loosely across the top of the ear and then hooked back behind the ear about midway down it, as pictured in the instructions. Anyway, I love it and also have a wireless set too.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

i bought these two days ago hoping that they would hold to the ample use and vigurous work i do but after two days the button seems to have broken and caused them to sound as they were only partially plugged i the sound quality comes back when the button is depressed so i just through a hair tie on it to hold it down but still very disapointing for such a supposidly high quality brand.

The worst pair of headphones I have ever owned

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

The design of these headphones is horrific. The buds were very possibly designed to fit the ears of an elephant. Incredibly uncomfortable. I find myself readjusting every five minutes - bad enough if you're sitting at your desk, even worse if you're doing something active (as they're marketed for). On top of that, the sound quality is unimpressive and treble-heavy. Don't buy these.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

I've used mine for years and they never come out of my ear jogging or doing anything. Only issue is I lost the moulded in-ear bit of the of one bud and now I can only use one. It seems to come off too easy if you put them in your pocket.

Bought these a 2 1/2 years ago and they're amazing

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

Great product. Great price. Great quality. I've had these for 2 1/2 years now and I'm back for more. The buttons went out at 2 year mark, and tonight right earbud went out. I think 2 1/2 years of great sound quality at such a low price with microphone is excellent. I do lots of walking so I have earbuds in for long periods of time which took my ears a while to get used to. I've had my music turn on at full volume on accident multiple time and they never blew.

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

This is my 2nd pair of yurbuds. I loved the first pair and i only had to replace them because my kids broke them. they fit perfectly and never fell out. I can't even wear the second pair. The hurt my ears and i can't even get them to fit in my ear correctly. they are too big for my ears. it is really annoying and i am disappointed that i wasted my money on buds i can't even wear.

Terrible Quality

By A_Bandini

Comments about Yurbuds Ironman Inspire Talk Earbuds, Black:

I recently received my Focus 400 buds. I took them to the gym excited to use them while I work out and much to my dismay I found out they are either defective or poorly designed. The volume in my right bud is significantly lower than the left ear bud. In addition to one bud having drastically muted sound, the "working" bud had really poor sound quality. Absolutely awful.

Your guarantee is a bit much. These headphones both hurt, and repeatedly fall out, especially when exercising. Wish I could give them zero stars. The flexsoft covers also routinely pop off the headphones themselves.

They work okay once you figure out how to get them in your ears. Sound quality is also okay. Overall just an okay product.
