Take it out of the box, put it on, tighten the nut, attach cotter pin, cap it, put whell on, drop jack, and clean up. Very simple, very easy. Time savers are always top my list.

It is a spare for my boat trailer and I love the way it is sealed and protected from the elements.

              Comments about Trailer Hub Kits:

Had a hub go out at the boat launch about 2.5hrs from home, looked up the local west marine store only 2 miles away, was able to go buy this hub and change the hub and bearing in about 5 minutes and get back on the road. The hub has held up well since then, and the plastic carrying case it came in is coming in handy as i repacked the old hub and have it as a spare in the case.

                Comments about Trailer Hub Kits:

Burned up a bearing while towing on the highway. Sent my wife to the local West Marine store . called ahead and they set the hub kit at the register so she didn't have to look for it. She met me with the part and installation was smooth and quick. Tools required to install were a 12 inch adjustable wrench, pair of pliers, and a mallet (plus jack and lug wrench). The kit is complete and comes pregreased which really made installation easy. Make sure you know your spindle size ahead of time. I would recommend carrying one of these kits in your tow vehicle for long distance trips. Thank you West Marine for saving my day.
